Episode 54: Know Your Roots! The Origins of Horror 1960s Pt.1

In this episode, we are going back to our roots with a continuation of exploring the Origins of Horror. This episode will be Part 1 on the history of horror in the 1960s with Part 2 to come in a few months. But to kick us off we will be looking at the drastic change the horror genre underwent with the rise of proto-slashers in the films Peeping Tom (1960) and Psycho (1960) and the birth of the gore and splatter with Blood Feast (1963).

Enjoy and welcome to our dark side…
